Clean room, friendly hosts, the comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable, while the free parking and beautiful riverfront grounds provided a perfect place to relax.

We stayed in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Plus, the view of the St Lawrence River was amazing! The bathroom looked newly renovated too. Just a bit of road noise, but they moved us to a quieter spot, which was nice. It felt cozy, like a home away from home.

This was a solid spot with a stunning river view! The clean rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the amazing owners even treated our kids to sparklers by the fire pit. Totally made our trip memorable!

this motel has a beautiful location right on the st lawrence river. the owners were exceptionally friendly and treated us like friends. they recommended a great spot for dinner. our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. also, the kids loved playing outside with the basketball hoop.

There are beautiful views here and accommodating owners who made us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable, but some amenities appeared outdated, and we had an issue with our door being unsecured. Still, this place has a charm that could bring us back for another visit.

The view was amazing from the room, right over the river. Room was super clean with a fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV. AC worked well but I enjoyed the fresh breeze. Nice little BBQ area. Spent time outside with their sun loungers. Cozy and quiet, perfect for a getaway.

This was just an ideal choice for a brief stop-in in Johnstown with great value. The grounds were spacious and well maintained, providing a lovely setting to relax. Make sure to ask Roger for local dining recommendations.
